Honestly no complaints. Modern and beautiful room with private bathroom and a mini fridge bar, tea/coffee making equipment, and a writing table.

fabulous twin/double room with a fabulous view. top, magnificent location in the very heart of ljubljana. also - just next door to the main attractions, and the river, ljubljana castle, markets, restaurants and the so many marvelous things to see in the city.

The hotel featured modern decor that was both inviting and accessible. I appreciated the thoughtful design that enhanced my overall experience.

More comfortable seating in lobby areas would be appreciated.

The room was new-fashioned with castle view, had a good night's sleep. It had perfect location a few steps away from a 2-story museum.

I had an amazing stay with fabulous views of the castle and enjoyed the friendly hospitality from the staff during my three-night visit, making exploring the vibrant Old Town and the fine Congress Square easy from such a central spot.

Couple seeking comfort and charm

The staff were great, especially Nina, were pretty good to help us with our day trip plans to Bled. I can't forget the little surprise birthday cake they sent to our room, that was a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

The hot water situation left a lot to be desired. Waiting five minutes for hot water in a 4-star hotel feels off. The shower controls were awkward to operate with soapy hands. The room itself could use better design choices, as I found myself banging my head against the safe just trying to get to my suitcase. It's not a pleasant surprise to discover no iron in the room, and when I requested one, they brought only an ironing board. Parking arrangements are chaotic. There's no convenient spot to unload luggage, and the garage fees feel steep for what you get.
